Neither the nDF nor its officers, agents ,or directors are responsible for the content of any third party sites which may be linked to the Site, or the products or services of any third party organisations mentioned or described on this Site or linked to or from this Site. You acknowledge that you enter any third party websites at your own risk.
Intellectual property rights
The Content of the Site is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws. The newDemocracy Foundation logo and name may not be used as part of your business. All use of or goodwill associated with the name, logo, our materials and/ or services will inure to the benefit of the nDF.
Miscellaneous
These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and the nDF with respect to this Site.
The nDF may from time to time amend, update, or change the Site or the Content on the Site, including these Terms & Conditions, without prior notice. You acknowledge that you are responsible for keeping up with any such changes. The failure by the nDF to insist upon or enforce strict performance of any of these Terms & Conditions will not be construed as a waiver of any right or remedy of the FHF in respect of any existing or subsequent breach of these Terms & Conditions.
